Prices and terms of the Aois 4 Elements Suites

Here you will find important information for a carefree hiking and skiing holiday in our apartments in La Valle/Wengen.

Price information

Our prices are per person per night, based on a minimum stay of three nights. Breakfast and/or dinner can be booked additionally at Hotel Pider.

Tourist tax

Prices do not include the local tourist tax, which applies for all guests aged 14 and over and amounts to €1.90 per person per night.

Arrival and departure

The apartment is at your disposal from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival till 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Checkout is at Hotel Pider , about 150 metres from Aois 4 Elements Suites.

Pets

Cats and small dogs are permitted. Please remember to bring your own basket. The supplement for pet accommodation is €15.00 per pet per night (food not provided).

Payment options

We accept payment in cash, by cheque, and by debit and credit card (Diners Club and American Express excluded).

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking at Aois 4 Elements Suites, the following conditions apply:
- No fees apply for cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking price.
- 14 to 9 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the booking price.
- In the last 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the days concerned are also charged at 70% of the booking price.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
